SUPPORTING THE INTERNATIONAL NUTRITION FOUNDATION

The INF aim is to help fill gaps in key areas affecting the nutrition of populations in developing countries and to improve the capacity of institutions in these countries to deal with nutrition issues.

With no endowment, the INF depends on receiving support for specific activities, consistent with its stated purpose, usually arranged by those affiliated with the INF who will be responsible for that research or project. As feasible and appropriate, based on specific technical expertise and project priorities, the INF also accepts support to organize and provide advisory and consulting services to developing country national institutions, governments and international agencies and NGOs. Such services include policy, advocacy, complex intervention planning, program assessment and evaluation as well as other nutrition-related public health issues.

As a non-profit, tax-exempt organization based in Boston, Massachusetts, USA, contributions and other forms of support are tax-deductible under Section 501(c)(3) of the United States Internal Revenue Code. The INF is audited annually.
