Research
The INF is actively involved in original research, focusing on nutrition and health issues in developing countries. It achieves this through the Global Cereal Fortification Initiative (GCFI), new and ongoing research on nutrition and agriculture, and over 20 years of research and training activities at the Center for Studies of Sensory Impairment, Aging and Metabolism (CeSSIAM) in Guatemala. All projects comply with INF’s goal of enhancing local problem-solving capabilities.
